Tree House Liverpool

A group of residents living near Newsham Park in Fairfield, Liverpool have formed themselves into a group initially started around their love of the local park. They put on an event on Saturday (29th May 2017), which was well-attended and, for me, very inspiring (I’m sure I’m not alone in this). They are called ‘Tree House Liverpool CIC‘. I was very pleased to meet up with Christina Ashworth from Tree House and we did quite an extensive interview.

I split the interview into three files, and the link is to the playlist consisting of the three.

First, Christina described Tree House Liverpool: how it came about and what they do.

Secondly, there’s a chat about the event on Saturday. As I said in the interview, the event has already been – and my impression was that it was a success. It was well-attended and inspiring. So hopefully there will be further things going on with the group.

Thirdly and finally, a mention of another event coming up on 22nd July 2017.

Check out the link to their site above. They also have a Facebook page and they are also on Twitter

This, and other beautiful flowerbeds are a great example of what Tree House do – gardening and providing TLC for the flowerbeds is key.

As Christina says in the interview – there’s an open invite to get involved, and many different activities to get involved in.
