Tickling the Funny Bone on Liverpool Community Radio

Here on Wellpool, we have featured the performance videos from the end of the Feeling Funny courses run by The Comedy Trust. A few of us who did the stand-up course went on to do courses in radio production with Liverpool Community Radio.

This week, our community journo, Marc Fraser recorded a pilot show on the Feeling Funny project. Guests were Sam Avery who as well as coaching the course participants, is artistic director with the Comedy Trust, and Helen Holden, project manager with the Trust.

The show includes feedback from past participants as well as micro-clips from the three previous performances. The following shows will follow subsequent courses. Have a listen here (the name doesn’t match – don’t know if Marc is opting to use a radio name 🙂 ):

It contains a lot of insight into the project as well as contact info and additional information about Sam’s hilarious blog on being a new father to twin boys.
