Today saw the fruition of a fantastic joint project in the form of the official opening of PSS’s Dutch Barn in Garston.
It is a great location also labelled during the project as the ‘wellbeing barn’. And it certainly is that. Apart from the odd Liverpool – London train passing close by (which you soon start to ignore as part of the ambient sound), it is a place of amazing calm. I overheard someone saying today that it is ‘like being in the countryside’, and I have to agree.
For me, personally, it was great to catch up with so many friends, old and new, in one place on a happy day. The PSS Umbrella Centre’s Ukelele Group – The Strumbrellas provided the entertainment.
