When it’s getting dark, wet and cold, and you don’t want to go for a walk, what do you do to keep yourself going and get some exercise?
Dance to all your old music (depending on how the neighbours feel about it); maybe invite them all round to join in? Have you ever thought about yoga? You can do it anywhere, and it’s inside, out of the dark and cold. You can do it on your own or there are plenty of yoga classes around in Liverpool.
